I can't rave enough about how great the service is from Alpine Valley Fireplace. Jason and Jennifer arrived on time and took off their boots, placed a clean drop cloth down and thoroughly cleaned out our fireplace better than anyone else ever has. They absolutely know fireplaces inside and out and clearly guided us through options for repair and maintenance. It can take time to get fireplace parts, so Jason gave me the heads up about a part I should replace during my annual service next year. Alpine Valley takes pride in giving clients the best service. Our gas fireplace had been acting up and we reached out to Alpine Valley Fireplace and Jason and Jennifer were so great to work with! Our fireplace was a bit tricky to fix, but they worked so diligently to diagnose the problem, get expert input and order the parts needed to keep us warm on these chilly winter nights. They were very thorough in their work and did a good job explaining what was happening with our fireplace and gave detailed descriptions of the work done on the work order. They also checked in and gave us an update on when the part our fireplace needed was coming in. I highly recommend Alpine Valley Fireplace for any of your fireplace needs.

Jason and Jen are the best! We never knew who to call for fireplace maintenance in the Vail Valley and are so lucky that these two started this business! Recently the motor in our gas fireplace insert was not running properly so we made an appointment with Alpine Valley Fireplace. They were quick to respond, professional, courteous and extremely knowledgeable. After looking at the motor, they noticed a bigger issue that we did not know about. There was a crack that had developed in our fireplace insert over the years and was starting to creating an unsafe living situation in our home. They took photos, contacted the manufacturer, checked for carbon monoxide leaks and ultimately recommended that we no longer use our fireplace. Alpine Valley Fireplace currently does not sell fireplace inserts so they recommended a few places to consider buying a new one. We were never upsold and only received thoughtful advice and recommendations from them. We are SO grateful to Alpine Valley Fireplace for going above and beyond to keep our safety as their number one priority.

Alpine Valley Fireplace performed 100% at all levels. They returned phone calls within 2 hours, they originally scheduled a date that was later than I was hoping for so they rescheduled and work a Sunday to complete the work!! They called 30 minutes from the scheduled time and showed up right on time. The work was done very efficiently with drop cloths, all the right tools and parts to complete the job. Great Company.

Jason arrived with a pep in his step and we’ll equipped to repair our fireplace. He was very professional and friendly. As he inspected the fireplace, he was very informative regarding what he discovered that needed repairing. Not only did he repair our thermal coupler, but he deep cleaned our fireplace with such attention to detail that it functions and looks beautifully BRAND NEW! Alpine Valley provided very through fire places service at my home; they didn’t leave until everything was perfect; they fixed one complicated fire place downstairs and made my other one upstairs like new! I thought I needed to exchange the glass screen but they made it look like new; they also swiped out my unfriendly starter system with savvy remote control; very happy with their quality of service and their nice personalities.
